I want to personally say thank you for trusting me with your hair care. I truly value you as a guest and and will always keep the health and integrity of your hair top priority. Please review the Guest Agreement, as it lets me know that you understand and accept this agreement. It explains the core commitments and how I operate.

Consideration #1

Most appointments are scheduled with no scheduling fee. However, if your appointment is not canceled within the 24 hour cancellation period the following will apply:
If you do not cancel/reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time, online, via website ( preferred ), or email you will be responsible for the scheduled service fee. No CALL/NO SHOWS will not be tolerated, you will not be able to book future appointments with me. It is critical that you do your best to keep your appointment time because, this shows consideration for your stylist, who could have given your slot to another guest. Please be courteous and book/reschedule/cancel accordingly.

Consideration #2

I always start my services within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. I want to ensure every guest is allotted ample time and attention, if you are running more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you will have to reschedule your appointment for a later time and date, and the scheduled service fee has to be paid before rescheduling. Please be on time.

Consideration #3

As a private guest of Kelly, I’d like to maintain the atmosphere thats been established, as a courtesy, I ask that you refrain from bringing children or other guest with you to your appointment, unless they have an appointment and are being serviced. Should you bring your child or guest, your appointment will be canceled/rescheduled and you will be responsible for paying for that salon visit.
